Dead Rising

The review.

I think there's much more to be said about Dead Rising. I often feel like I need more time with a game to fully get it, but with this game I feel like I need weeks. I plan to go back to it. We'll see if a deeper understanding leads to a deeper appreciation. For now, though, what the fuck is with that save system?

Aah, Dead Rising. I've been thinking over whether to get this or not for a while as I haven't even touched my 360 for several months for lack of any truely interesting games. It's sad to say other than half a month I dedicated to Oblivion, that my 360's seen less action than Bill Gates.

Same here, really. The only 360 game that's owned my life is Burnout Revenge, and that probably wouldn't have been the case if I'd played it last year on the PS2. But I'm still excited about the 360's potential.

I thought Table Tennis was a pretty good two-player title. Although the ridiculousness of spending hundreds of dollars in electronics and power sets in pretty quickly.

Agreed on Table Tennis, but even so I haven't felt any desire to go back to it since the initial fun. I do keep hearing the siren call of Burnout.
